  • Source Outdoor Manufacturers Warranty:

    Source Outdoors' limited 3-year residential warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials of the Source Outdoor product. The Source Outdoor warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important NOT to store the furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames. At Source Outdoors' option, Source Outdoor will repair or replace any part of the product, or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Source Outdoor has the right to replace said item with a similar item of the same or higher value if the item is no longer available. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you other than cost of shipping to and from the Source Outdoor’s warehouse. Source Outdoor  may require inspection by a warehouse representative prior to any repairs or replacement. Source Outdoor also offers a separate 1 year warranty that applies to all Source Outdoor fabrics and cushions.

  • For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS, USPS and FedEx, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight. Here's how it works:

    You choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout. Available delivery methods vary by item—all service options will be displayed.

    Your order is picked up from the warehouse. We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.

    Your order is shipped to a local delivery terminal. A Large Parcel carrier carefully transports your order to a delivery professional in your area.

    A delivery appointment is scheduled. Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.

    Your order is delivered. Be sure to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

      If you see the below options, it means your item is too large for a traditional lift gate delivery, and alternative shipping options are necessary to get your item off the freight vehicle: 

      Curbside Delivery (You unload) 

      If you select this option, it means you will be responsible for making sure you have the appropriate equipment to assist in unloading these extreme length items. In most cases, if you have a forklift, loading dock or a general contractor or landscaper with heavy equipment normally used to move pallets, you can choose this option. Please arrange help ahead of time for the island to be taken off of the truck and brought to where you need it on your property so the delivery process can be as smooth as possible.       Curbside Delivery (We unload)

      If you select this option, this means Better Patio will be responsible for making sure the freight team has the appropriate equipment to remove the items from the truck safely and securely for curbside delivery. 

      Backyard Delivery (Call 1-866-412-1555 for Quote.) 

      Every backyard is different, and if you select this item, we will be glad to help you coordinate with a local professional to safely unload and deliver your Island to the proper location. This coordination is a free service provided by Better Patio, but you will be responsible for delivery charges. Backyard deliveries can normally range from $300 to $700, depending on distance from driveway to preferred destination and equipment necessary.

      It is your responsibility to inspect the island once it is offloaded. The driver will give you time to inspect the island. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or to the island itself, this must be noted on the Proof of Delivery document that you will sign.

      Please make sure to inspect the island well as if there is any external damage that is not noted, the freight company and Better Patio will be released from their liability for the damage. Although damage generally does not happen, please note it on the Proof of Delivery, and email support@betterpatio.com with pictures of the damage and the signed Proof of Delivery within 24 hours of the delivery. 

      • Any trash or debris removal is not the drivers responsibility.
