Pricing is always estimated before you commit. Final cost depends on your location, the size and weight of the order, and how accessible the destination is. A customer support representative contacts you after purchase to walk through the estimate and collect a deposit — nothing is charged automatically. Preferred Delivery may also be unavailable in some regions, so ask us before you buy if it matters to you.
Order normally. Curbside is included, so nothing is required at checkout.

The delivery team calls to book a date and a four-hour window that works for you.
These apply to both paid tiers. If you need any of them, tell us early and we will help you plan around it.
Curbside is probably fine. It is free, and plenty of customers handle it themselves. Just make sure you have the help lined up for the delivery window, because the driver will not wait.
Take one of the paid tiers. These items regularly exceed 500 pounds and are awkward as well as heavy. See our Preferred Delivery page for how we handle islands and fireplaces specifically.
Preferred Delivery Plus, if your kitchen qualifies. It is currently offered on BetterPatio Mountain Series and Designer Series outdoor kitchens.
