Better Patio has a built a network of freight experts and service providers that specialize in oversized freight delivery. Let us handle the heavy lifting.

Free Shipping / Complimentary Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there. If the truck does not have a lift gate, or if the item is too large for the lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck (with assistance from the freight driver). This option is ideal for those who have support or equipment to assist in moving your items to your preferred destination. While it's entirely possible to move freight shipments without additional assistance, we recommend our additional delivery services for a seamless experience.

Preferred Delivery (Starting at $549)

Better Patio will coordinate with a local service to move your items from the freight terminal to your preferred destination. Estimates provided prior to delivery.

• Includes moving from terminal to your preferred destination (i.e. back yard, patio, pool area)
• Includes removal of packing materials including pallets. Does not include boxes.
• Not included: Additional equipment including forklifts, cranes or power jacks; Assembly of grill; stairs or steep inclines; gate removal. Additional restrictions apply.
• Please note that the delivery team will not be equipped to perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring or services requiring the use of power tools

All-Inclusive Delivery (Starting at $899)

If you select this option, it means Better Patio will coordinate with a local service to move your items from the freight terminal to your preferred destination. Estimates provided prior to delivery.

• Includes Packaging Removal and Basic Assembly of Your Grill and Components
• Please note that the delivery team will not be equipped to perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring or services requiring the use of power tools
• No Stairs, No Fence or Gate Removal.
• Additional equipment including forklifts, cranes or power jacks are not included and subject to additional fees.
