While Cal Flame purports to have the ‘best warranty in the industry’ be aware that they do not cover labor costs. We have a Cal Flame side burner, 6 months old that was used twice before becoming non functioning. We are now stuck with a minimum of $150.00 in labor just to have someone come out and trouble shoot the issue. The industry standard must be incredibly low. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

This Modway sink is perfect! I love the color of the walnut against the white countertop. I love that it has a lot of storage space. BetterPatio had the best price for it and it arrived quickly. We are very pleased with our purchase!
The cover looks good and very tailored to the design of the unit. However, with wind and weather the cover becomes brittle and tears.

We ordered this same part from a different company and it still hadn't shipped after 3 weeks! I found the part on Better Patio, and we had it delivered within a week! I had reached out to check the status and customer service was very prompt with their reply! I would definitely recommend Better Patio!
I ordered the cover for Mont Alpi Beverage Center, and it only included the top cover(without the side panels). I called Customer Service and the lady kindly sent the cover again, but unfortunately only included one side panel, so I still have the beverage center with the uncovered side against the wall. I believe it’s not Better Patio’s fault, but Mont Alpi manufacturer.
I bought the same unit 20 years ago, but had two burners. It was fantastic for its time. The new unit fit exactly in the place of the old unit but now has three burners. Exceptional heat dispersion. It is an excellent beginning, professional unit for the advanced amateur.
I have a Cal Flame Grill that I wanted to convert from propane to natural gas. I searched and searched in my area for patio grill companies and no one provided service of this kind. I was becoming hopeless. Finally my plumber assisted me in finding my item through Better Patio. I ordered it an received it pretty quickly and now my conversion has been made.
