CAL FLAME P-SERIES P4 BURNER GRILL WITH ROTISSERIE KIT + MORE

The LBK870 comes standard with the award-winning P Series P4 4 Burner Grill which is packed with innovative features. Built with 304-stainless steel and cast stainless steel burners with independent ignitor switches, this grill boasts an expansive 800-inch cooking surface with 4 exclusively V-shaped cooking grates.

The heavy-duty stainless steel burner knobs control a truly impressive ignition system and Flame Tamers above each of the 4 burners ensure even-heat distribution. Its stainless-steel structure gives it lasting quality, style and durability as well as making your clean up job easier. Other features that will enhance your grilling include a full width warming rack, an easy-to-read built-in temperature gauge, two internal grill lights for nighttime cooking and backlit knobs with LED Lighting.

Also included with the P4 Four Burner Grill is a griddle tray, rotisserie kit, smoker box and grill cover.

All Cal Flame grills ship as Liquid Propane. If you select Natural Gas, a Natural Gas Conversion Kit will ship with your island. The conversion usually takes around 15 to 30 minutes.

ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS

It features a 30" Double-Access Door as well as an 18” Single Access Door and convenient electric sockets so you can hook up accessories like blenders, fans and lamps. This L-shaped beauty also includes a Single Flat Side Burner that is perfect for Wok cooking, as well as a durable, Stainless-Steel Refrigerator to keep your food, drinks, and desserts chilled, and a Stainless-Steel Sink with faucet and soap dispenser.

PRE-ASSEMBLED OUTDOOR KITCHENS

This L-shaped outdoor kitchen island ships as two pieces, already constructed. You will only need to place the two pieces together to form the L-shape, unbox the grill and components and connect your fuel to get your grilling started!

SELECTING YOUR MATERIALS + UPGRADES

The island base is available in Durable Ameristone Stucco and elegant natural rock or stone in assorted colors and textures to match your home design. Countertop options include your choice of granite or tile made out of porcelain or natural stone.

The LBK870 offers options to enhance your BBQ experience further. You can add LED lighting, undercounter lights, an umbrella hole, and an outdoor-grade stereo system.

BetterPatio has built a national network of reliable, professional last mile service providers who assist in the unloading, delivery and set up of your outdoor kitchen. Preferred Delivery is not included in the outdoor kitchen but can be added at a later date.

Highlights of BetterPatio's Preferred Delivery program include:

• Ability to select your own delivery dates and times via email.
• Opening and inspecting of your order prior to delivery appointment.
• A four-hour appointment windows
• Delivery is performed with a two-to-four-person delivery team typically using a 20-to-24-foot box truck with lift gate capability.
• Order is uncrated, appliances and components unboxed, and appliances placed as needed.
• Removal of packing material debris including pallets and boxes
• Please note that the delivery team will not be equipped to perform gas or plumbing installation, electrical wiring or services requiring the use of power tools. Leveling or additional grouting of islands is not included. Does not include additional equipment including forklifts, cranes or power jacks; stairs or steep inclines, or gate/fence removal. Does not include unpacking or setup of accessories.

Do the countertops come off during delivery?
No, the countertops are welded onto the frame of the outdoor kitchen island. This island ships as two pieces to form the L.

What does Countertop Right and Countertop Left mean?
When you face the grill, do you want your countertop to be to the left of you (countertop left) or the right of you (countertop right)?

I don’t have access to water. Can we remove the sink?
Yes, you can, but not with this product. Check out the identically designed LBK870-X, a BetterPatio exclusive, where you can add or remove components as you wish. It’s the identical design but gives you more flexibility in the appliances and accessories you might want for your outdoor kitchen. Alternatively, if you wanted to keep the sink, a garden hose will attach underneath to the sink, if needed.

Does the Rotisserie Kit come with the P4 Four Burner Grill?
Yes, the P4 Four Burner Grill comes with the Rotisserie Kit, Griddle Tray, Smoker Box and Cover.

Can I purchase a cover for the entire island?
We do not sell island covers and Cal Flame does not recommend covering your island. Covering your island can retain and trap moisture. Your Cal Flame Island is built to withstand the elements.

Is the island hollow inside. How is it ventilated?
Yes, Cal Flame islands are hollow inside. All Cal Flame islands come with a 1.5-inch ventilation gap between the island and ground. This allows for proper airflow.
