The frame is made from high quality extruded aluminum with reinforced internal walls for extra support. Each frame is hand-welded and then inspected for both strength and appearance. The Frames are then hand-sanded and polished prior to finishing.

Panama Jack's Manufactures warranty covers the aluminum frame for a period of 3 years from purchase date, with additional coverage for weld failure for a period of 7 years from purchase date.
