What delivery actually looks like

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.

Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
Every consultation includes a free 3D rendering of your kitchen in your actual space.

With classic design and cutting-edge technology, the AM756 Spa by American Spa delivers a total body hydrotherapy experience. Enjoy soothing contoured bench seating for seven that delivers the ultimate body massage. Each of the 30 jets are carefully placed along the lines of the body, allowing you to massage away stress while comfortably leaning back in the luxuriously-designed seating. The American Spas Premium Cabinet Panels feature the durability and insulation of fiberglass. This unique spa has a back-lit cascade waterfall feature and a multi-color spa light that can be programmed to alternate between seven colors on two color modes or shine a particular hue.
Designed to exceed expectations, American Spa uses a patented 7-layer laminate Fiber steel Construction system, which is reinforced with steel and wood to create the strongest shell in the industry. To further ensure durability and performance, this spa is built from the thickest acrylic available to keep the shell strong at critical stress points. To protect your spa and investment, a premium Hydro-Armor tapered spa cover provides the final layer of insulation and protection. When you need to accommodate a group, the American Spas™ Bench Seat can fit an entire party. Side by side seating allows guests to easily move and enjoy close proximity to one another. The footwell below the Bench Seat is spaciously designed to accommodate the whole group.

The Cool Seat allows your body to acclimate to a new temperature whether you are entering or exiting the spa. This transition seat is elegantly designed in order to keep spa users half-immersed for a proper transition from one temperature to another.

Eliminator™ Power Frame Pump 6-breaker HP Pump
American Spas™ has the most reliable motors in the industry. With less moving parts, these motors feature two independent winding speeds and a reverse-flow cooling system. Built to last a lifetime!
Internal Drain Valve
All American Spas™ are equipped with an internal drain valve fitted inside the shell wall footwell of the spa. This valve is here to aid in spa drainage for routine maintenance and cleaning. One pump spa systems include one and two pump spa systems have two . The number of internal drain valves depends on your spas size and pump system.
Whisper Hot™ Titanium Heater
American Spas™ heater is a 5.5 kW Titanium that is leading edge in the industry. The Whisper Hot Titanium Heater has become the solution to hot tub heater longevity and has long been the best defense against chemical & mineral abuse.
Controls
American Spas™ uses a gray scale LCD screen with Visual feedback including buttons that let you know what functions you are using. Our control system displays temperature, time of day, status, modes, and more general information.
HydroSilk™ Ozonator
Using Ozonators with Mazzie Injectors Mixing Chambers will kill microorganisms and prevents them from reproducing. No chemicals are added to the water and won’t interfere with the oxidation process.
Hydro-Shield™
Our cabinet walls contain premium insulation that is completely recyclable and produces less waste than traditional urethane foam. Additionally, it does not block passage to the spa.
Thermo-Layer™ Floor Insulation
This pan locks in heat and keeps moisture out.

Pressure Treated Wood Cabinet Frame
Our cabinet frames are treated to resist rot, corrosion and insects. Constructed using 1” galvanized steel fasteners, corner gussets, and vertical angle bracings for added beam support.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the credit card charge was processed for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (as per the shipping time specified on the product page) we will submit the order for shipment.
Our items generally ship within two to three business days on non-customized items. Please note that we only offer free shipping to shipping locations within the continental United States. For customers outside of the continental United States, we offer free shipping to a freight forwarding port or airport within the geographical continental United States. The customer would be responsible for shipping outside of the continental United States.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@betterpatio.com
All larger shipments are curb-side shipments, unless noted and will ship via freight carrier. The shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. Additionally, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times based on what the delivery company makes available to us. We wish we could have more control over shipments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping is used only when orders are oversized. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. If the customer cannot accept delivery within 5 business days of being notified, storage fees may incur and will be payable prior to delivery.
Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck will not be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there.
If your destination is hard-to-reach, or trucks have trouble accessing your driveway, additional delivery fees may apply and/or you will be responsible for making alternate arrangements.
In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck. If the truck does not have a lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck.
30 days to return new, unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours carry a 20 percent restocking fee.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Customercare@Betterpatio.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the original shipping costs incurred by betterpatio.com. BetterPatio LLC reserves the right to cancel an order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery on condition that they are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
There are no returns on custom made/made to order items.
Every unit carries its full manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at the time of purchase.
If you ever need to file a claim, call us at 866-412-1555 and we handle it with the manufacturer for you rather than sending you off to a support queue. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model, so ask your designer for the specifics on the unit you are considering.
Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread across monthly payments instead of paid up front.
You will see your available plans and the monthly figure at checkout before you commit to anything.

How long will delivery take?
The lead time for this item is shown next to the price. Grills and appliances are typically 1 to 2 business days, islands 3 to 5 weeks, and fully custom builds 6 to 10 weeks from approved design. You get a firm date once your order is confirmed, and tracking the whole way.
Will this fit my space and hookups?
Send us a photo and rough measurements and a designer will confirm fit, clearances, and whether you need gas, propane, or electrical before you order. That check is free.
Do I need a contractor to install it?
Most units arrive pre-assembled and only need a gas and electrical hookup. Your designer will tell you exactly what your build requires, and white glove delivery can place it for you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the freight before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and call us the same day. We handle the freight claim and the replacement, not you.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread into monthly payments.
