What delivery actually looks like

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.

Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
Every consultation includes a free 3D rendering of your kitchen in your actual space.

Everything you need to know before ordering
StoneKitchen modular outdoor kitchens are constructed of solid Marvelcrete components featuring 16 gage 304 stainless steel appliances and accessories.
StoneKitchen designs include 2 inch thick solid reinforced Marvelcrete countertops with ogee front edges. Chef Island tops feature three piece interlocking tops for ease in assembly and safe shipping.
Panels are cast from high-definition molds for lifelike natural stone look and feel. Posts are solid reinforced Marvelcrete with cast in channels to accept panels. Marvelcrete accepts masonry stain, paint and sealers and can be finished in your choice of materials and color. You can opt for the natural unfinished grey color. It is recommended to seal all tops due to the porous nature of unfinished concrete is porous and easily stained.
Design Kits are shipped unfinished and do require assembly. Assembly is very simple, straight forward and quick. Simply set posts according to assembly instructions, slide panels into post channels, set tops and mortar all joints.

AWARD WINNING P SERIES P4 BURNER GRILL
The e3100 comes standard with the award winning P Series P4 4 burner grill which is packed with innovative features. It has an expansive cooking surface with 4 exclusively V-shaped cooking grates. The heavy-duty stainless steel burner knobs control a truly impressive ignition system and Flame Tamers above each of the 4 burners ensure even-heat distribution. Its stainless steel structure gives it lasting quality, style and durability as well as making your clean up job easier.
Other features that will enhance your grilling include a full-width warming rack, an easy to read built-in temperature gauge and two internal grill lights for your twilight or night time BBQ.
The full-sized rotisserie holds up to 35 lbs, and the rotisserie motor is mountable from the right or left side. The flavor bars seal in juices, while the thermometer lets you monitor your cooking conditions for grade-A results. The heavy-duty V-grates are removable and dishwasher-safe. A full-width removable drip tray and full-width warming rack with two positions extend your cooking options.
The P4 Grill features four (4) 15,000 BTU burners and a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner.
Independent ignition on all burners means a reliable start every time. An 800 square inch cooking surface covers all your grilling needs. The 110V full-size convection fan circulates heat evenly for professional cooking results. Two (2) grill lights enhance visibility during evening grilling. A front splash guard with vent keeps grease away from the exclusive, heavy-duty knobs.
THE ISLAND
The barbeque island is constructed from commercial-grade 16-gauge galvanized steel and then dressed in Hardibacker ceramic tile backboard for added durability and moisture resistance. It features a 30" double-access door and convenient electric sockets so you can hook up accessories like blenders, fans and lamps.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the credit card charge was processed for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (as per the shipping time specified on the product page) we will submit the order for shipment.
Our items generally ship within two to three business days on non-customized items. Please note that we only offer free shipping to shipping locations within the continental United States. For customers outside of the continental United States, we offer free shipping to a freight forwarding port or airport within the geographical continental United States. The customer would be responsible for shipping outside of the continental United States.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@betterpatio.com
All larger shipments are curb-side shipments, unless noted and will ship via freight carrier. The shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. Additionally, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times based on what the delivery company makes available to us. We wish we could have more control over shipments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping is used only when orders are oversized. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. If the customer cannot accept delivery within 5 business days of being notified, storage fees may incur and will be payable prior to delivery.
Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck will not be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there.
If your destination is hard-to-reach, or trucks have trouble accessing your driveway, additional delivery fees may apply and/or you will be responsible for making alternate arrangements.
In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck. If the truck does not have a lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Customercare@Betterpatio.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the original shipping costs incurred by betterpatio.com. BetterPatio LLC reserves the right to cancel an order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery on condition that they are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
There are no returns on custom made/made to order items.
Every unit carries its full manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at the time of purchase.
If you ever need to file a claim, call us at 866-412-1555 and we handle it with the manufacturer for you rather than sending you off to a support queue. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model, so ask your designer for the specifics on the unit you are considering.
Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread across monthly payments instead of paid up front.
You will see your available plans and the monthly figure at checkout before you commit to anything.

How long will delivery take?

Will this fit my space and hookups?
Send us a photo and rough measurements and a designer will confirm fit, clearances, and whether you need gas, propane, or electrical before you order. That check is free.
Do I need a contractor to install it?
Most units arrive pre-assembled and only need a gas and electrical hookup. Your designer will tell you exactly what your build requires, and white glove delivery can place it for you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the freight before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and call us the same day. We handle the freight claim and the replacement, not you.
