What delivery actually looks like

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.

Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
Every consultation includes a free 3D rendering of your kitchen in your actual space.

Mont Alpi Island Grills are the ultimate cooking station built to bring together your whole outdoor kitchen. These conglomerates of kitchen essentials are constructed of all 304 stainless steel components, include large cabinets, and beautiful white faux-granite waterfall counter tops.
The island 6-burner gas grill is a prefabricated all 304 (marine grade) stainless steel gas grill with large 6 burners (115,000 BTU) and additional infrared rear burner. It comes fitted with halogen lights in the cooking zone to make grilling in the dark a lot easier.
There are also on/off color changing LED lights on each control knob. It has 8mm 304 stainless steel cooking grates with heavy duty tubular high-efficiency burners. With very little assembly, you will be grilling in no time. The caster wheels allow it to be moved around. Once you have found the perfect spot the wheel levellers will ensure your grill is stable.
A heavy duty electric rotisserie kit, chopping board and heavy duty all weather cover are all included. There is also an infrared side burner with adjustable heights for those times you want to really enjoy a good steak or heat up a saucepan. The grill also has large drawers and cabinets to store all your grill accessories and to hold a propane tank.
The grill can run on natural gas with an easy conversion.

About Preferred Backyard Delivery
- Delivery is performed with a two person delivery team typically using a 20-24 foot box
- truck with lift gate capability.

- Up to 15 min. of assembly without tools is performed when necessary.
- Removal of packing material debris including pallets and boxes.
- Please note that the delivery team will not be equipped to perform gas or plumbing installation, electrical wiring or services requiring the use of power tools. Leveling or additional grouting not included. Does not include additional equipment including forklifts, cranes or power jacks; stairs or steep inclines, or gate/fence removal.
- Clear pathway must be accessible prior to delivery--including but not limited to--clearance to move items through gates and entranceways.
Warranty Information
All parts listed in this warranty can be ordered in the future - Under the Lifetime Warranty the owner will cover only 45% of the list price for the part required after 100% coverage period. Also all parts listed are only guaranteed when protected with a suitable all weather cover.

Free shipping to the continental United States. Most non-custom items ship in 2 to 3 business days. Large items ship curbside by freight and need a signature.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (as per the shipping time specified on the product page) we will submit the order for shipment.
Our items generally ship within two to three business days on non-customized items. Please note that we only offer free shipping to shipping locations within the continental United States. For customers outside of the continental United States, we offer free shipping to a freight forwarding port or airport within the geographical continental United States. The customer would be responsible for shipping outside of the continental United States.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@betterpatio.com
All larger shipments are curb-side shipments, unless noted and will ship via freight carrier. The shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. Additionally, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times based on what the delivery company makes available to us. We wish we could have more control over shipments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping is used only when orders are oversized. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. If the customer cannot accept delivery within 5 business days of being notified, storage fees may incur and will be payable prior to delivery.
Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck will not be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there.
If your destination is hard-to-reach, or trucks have trouble accessing your driveway, additional delivery fees may apply and/or you will be responsible for making alternate arrangements.
In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck. If the truck does not have a lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck.
30 days to return new, unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours carry a 20 percent restocking fee.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Customercare@Betterpatio.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the original shipping costs incurred by betterpatio.com. BetterPatio LLC reserves the right to cancel an order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery on condition that they are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
There are no returns on custom made/made to order items.
Every unit carries its full manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at the time of purchase.
If you ever need to file a claim, call us at 866-412-1555 and we handle it with the manufacturer for you rather than sending you off to a support queue. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model, so ask your designer for the specifics on the unit you are considering.
Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread across monthly payments instead of paid up front.
You will see your available plans and the monthly figure at checkout before you commit to anything.

Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. Prefab islands ship fully built on a pallet. You are connecting gas and power, not laying block.
What hookups do I need?

Can I change the layout, finish or appliances?
