What delivery actually looks like

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.

Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
Every consultation includes a free 3D rendering of your kitchen in your actual space.

THE GRILL
Award winning for its innovation, the P5 Grill's every feature is designed for optimal performance.
Enjoy a vast cooking surface of 1000 square inches that gives you ample amount of space for meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. The 5 solid stainless steel cooking grates are exclusively V-shaped to prevent smaller food items from falling through. The cast stainless steel burner knobs are part of a truly impressive ignition system. Each igniter is completely sealed, protected from sauces and oil, and each burner ignites independently of the other burners. Situated above each burner you'll find a Flame Tamer. The Flame Tamers™ protect the solid cast stainless steel burners and reduce grilling flare-up, as well as being the source of even-heat distribution. Every grill chef knows how important that is. Lip guards on each burner serve to prevent clogging from the fats and juices that naturally drip from your grilling. When all high-powered burners are operating, the P5 Grill delivers 75,000 BTUs evenly across your grilling area. If that’s not enough heat, then there is an option to switch-out any burner with a Sear Zone Burner accessory to achieve superior grilling alternatives.

INCLUDED GRILL ACCESSORIES
The P Series P5 includes a complete Rotisserie System with a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner and motor roasts up to 35 lbs. The exclusive locking tabs hold the warming rack in the up position when your Rotisserie is in use. If the dinner bell rings before your guests are ready to pile food on to their plates, simply disengage the exclusive locking tabs to hold the warming rack in a choice of 2 positions, and reposition the food onto the rack. Enjoy fried favorites like eggs or bacon with the P-Griddle Tray and use the P-Smoke Tray to infuse poultry and meats with the smoky flavor everyone loves. The P-Grill Cover is a durable vinyl cover that protects and houses the grill.
BUILT-IN CONVENIENCES
Included is an easy-to-read built-in temperature gauge to manage and monitor grill temperatures when the canopy is closed. 2 internal grill lights are built-in so you can grill to your heart’s content at twilight and into the night.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
The P5 Grill offers options to enhance your BBQ experience further. An exclusive Charcoal Helper Tray gives you the flexibility of grilling with both gas and charcoal simultaneously. The Deep Fryer Accessories Helper Set transforms part of your grill to a deep frying station so you can enjoy crisp French fries and onion rings with your barbecued meal. DESIGN
Cal Flame stands apart from other grill manufacturers by using only premium components and quality materials. The beautiful P5 Barbecue Grill is constructed with 16-gauge 304-commercial grade stainless steel for lasting quality, style and durability. The canopy hood is constructed with a seamless design. Double-wall insulation protects against heat that would otherwise penetrate to the hood and the handle, as well as making it highly resilient so the stainless steel will not discolor from the heat. A one-piece solid stainless steel high-polished curved handle is an exclusive iconic design featured on all Cal Flame barbecue grills.
CLEAN UP
Simply wipe down the stainless steel grill surface and the vented front splash guard. Remove the stainless steel drip tray and rinse. Remove the V-shaped cooking grates and warming rack for the dishwasher. And finally, protect and house your grill with the standard vinyl Grill Cover until your next grilling soirée. The P5 Series Grill makes it easy.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the credit card charge was processed for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (as per the shipping time specified on the product page) we will submit the order for shipment.
Our items generally ship within two to three business days on non-customized items. Please note that we only offer free shipping to shipping locations within the continental United States. For customers outside of the continental United States, we offer free shipping to a freight forwarding port or airport within the geographical continental United States. The customer would be responsible for shipping outside of the continental United States.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@betterpatio.com
All larger shipments are curb-side shipments, unless noted and will ship via freight carrier. The shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. Additionally, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times based on what the delivery company makes available to us. We wish we could have more control over shipments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping is used only when orders are oversized. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. If the customer cannot accept delivery within 5 business days of being notified, storage fees may incur and will be payable prior to delivery.
Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck will not be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there.
If your destination is hard-to-reach, or trucks have trouble accessing your driveway, additional delivery fees may apply and/or you will be responsible for making alternate arrangements.
In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck. If the truck does not have a lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck.
30 days to return new, unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours carry a 20 percent restocking fee.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Customercare@Betterpatio.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the original shipping costs incurred by betterpatio.com. BetterPatio LLC reserves the right to cancel an order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery on condition that they are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
There are no returns on custom made/made to order items.
Every unit carries its full manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at the time of purchase.
If you ever need to file a claim, call us at 866-412-1555 and we handle it with the manufacturer for you rather than sending you off to a support queue. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model, so ask your designer for the specifics on the unit you are considering.
Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread across monthly payments instead of paid up front.
You will see your available plans and the monthly figure at checkout before you commit to anything.

How long will delivery take?
The lead time for this item is shown next to the price. Grills and appliances are typically 1 to 2 business days, islands 3 to 5 weeks, and fully custom builds 6 to 10 weeks from approved design. You get a firm date once your order is confirmed, and tracking the whole way.
Will this fit my space and hookups?
Send us a photo and rough measurements and a designer will confirm fit, clearances, and whether you need gas, propane, or electrical before you order. That check is free.
Do I need a contractor to install it?
Most units arrive pre-assembled and only need a gas and electrical hookup. Your designer will tell you exactly what your build requires, and white glove delivery can place it for you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the freight before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and call us the same day. We handle the freight claim and the replacement, not you.
Can I pay over time?
