What delivery actually looks like

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.

Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
Every consultation includes a free 3D rendering of your kitchen in your actual space.

The Cal Flame G Series Charcoal Grill is perfect for those who are faithful to charcoal briquettes, wood chips and wood pellets. Show off your grilling skills with Cal Flame's Charcoal Drop-In Barbecue Grill that is packed with outstanding features and brilliant accessories. Showcase one in your backyard with a Cal Flame Barbecue Cart or Kitchen Island and you’ll never want to cook indoors again.
THE GRILL
Enjoy a vast cooking surface of 800 square inches that gives you ample amount of space for meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. The 4 solid stainless steel cooking grates are exclusively V-shaped to prevent smaller food items from falling through. A height-adjustable charcoal tray spans the full width and depth of the cooking surface. The tray can be loaded with your preference of charcoal briquettes, wood chips or wood pellets. Ignite with lighter fluid and easily adjust the proximity of the tray to the cooking surface with the handle - a beneficial distinction from traditional charcoal grills.
BUILT-IN CONVENIENCES
Included is an easy-to-read built-in temperature gauge to manage and monitor grill temperatures when the canopy is closed. If the dinner bell rings before your guests are ready to pile food on to their plates, simply place the food onto the warming rack in a choice of 2 positions.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
The G Series Charcoal Grill offers options to enhance your BBQ experience further. Add a complete Rotisserie Kit with a full width rotisserie bar, mounting brackets and motor roasts up to 35 lbs. Enjoy fried favorites like eggs or bacon with the Griddle Tray and use the Smoke Tray to infuse poultry and meats with the smoky flavor everyone loves.
DESIGN

The beautiful G4 Barbecue Grill is constructed with commercial grade stainless steel for lasting quality, style and durability. The canopy hood is constructed with a seamless design. Double-wall insulation protects against heat that would otherwise penetrate to the hood and the handle, as well as making it highly resilient so the stainless steel will not discolor from the heat. A one-piece solid stainless steel high-polished curved handle is an exclusive iconic design featured on all Cal Flame barbecue grills.
CLEAN UP
Simply wipe down the stainless steel grill surface and the vented front splash guard. Remove the stainless steel drip tray and rinse. Remove the V-shaped cooking grates and warming rack for the dishwasher. And finally, protect and house your grill with the standard Grill Cover until your next grilling soirée. The G Series Charcoal Grill makes it easy.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and the credit card charge was processed for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail or telephone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (as per the shipping time specified on the product page) we will submit the order for shipment.
Our items generally ship within two to three business days on non-customized items. Please note that we only offer free shipping to shipping locations within the continental United States. For customers outside of the continental United States, we offer free shipping to a freight forwarding port or airport within the geographical continental United States. The customer would be responsible for shipping outside of the continental United States.
ORDER SHIPMENT
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within the time frame specified on the product page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@betterpatio.com
All larger shipments are curb-side shipments, unless noted and will ship via freight carrier. The shipment will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we are not able to change shipping addresses. Additionally, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate delivery times based on what the delivery company makes available to us. We wish we could have more control over shipments.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer is unable to accept the item for any reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping is used only when orders are oversized. The standard Freight shipping delivery method is typically called “curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. If the customer cannot accept delivery within 5 business days of being notified, storage fees may incur and will be payable prior to delivery.
Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. The truck will not be a box truck like a UPS or FedEx truck. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there.
If your destination is hard-to-reach, or trucks have trouble accessing your driveway, additional delivery fees may apply and/or you will be responsible for making alternate arrangements.
In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck. If the truck does not have a lift gate, you would be responsible for getting the item off the back of the semi-truck.
30 days to return new, unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. Orders cancelled after 48 hours carry a 20 percent restocking fee.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to Customercare@Betterpatio.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the original shipping costs incurred by betterpatio.com. BetterPatio LLC reserves the right to cancel an order.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery on condition that they are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
There are no returns on custom made/made to order items.
Every unit carries its full manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at the time of purchase.
If you ever need to file a claim, call us at 866-412-1555 and we handle it with the manufacturer for you rather than sending you off to a support queue. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model, so ask your designer for the specifics on the unit you are considering.
Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout, so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread across monthly payments instead of paid up front.
You will see your available plans and the monthly figure at checkout before you commit to anything.

How long will delivery take?
The lead time for this item is shown next to the price. Grills and appliances are typically 1 to 2 business days, islands 3 to 5 weeks, and fully custom builds 6 to 10 weeks from approved design. You get a firm date once your order is confirmed, and tracking the whole way.
Will this fit my space and hookups?
Send us a photo and rough measurements and a designer will confirm fit, clearances, and whether you need gas, propane, or electrical before you order. That check is free.
Do I need a contractor to install it?
Most units arrive pre-assembled and only need a gas and electrical hookup. Your designer will tell you exactly what your build requires, and white glove delivery can place it for you.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the freight before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and call us the same day. We handle the freight claim and the replacement, not you.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout so a full outdoor kitchen can be spread into monthly payments.
