Coverage This warranty covers Grill Island Cabinetry against defects in material and workmanship under normal single-family residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. What We Will Do If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Peachtree Islands will, at its discretion: Repair the product, or Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product at no additional cost to the customer. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation. Normal wear and tear, fading, or scratches from everyday use. Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions outside the product’s intended use. Damage to Powder Coating due to external causes. Warranty Claim Procedure To obtain warranty service, please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team at 770-987-3827. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs (if applicable). Limitations This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as stated above. Peachtree Islands shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
