Music City Fire Company Warranty

MCFC warrants that our Outdoor Fire Products (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship. warranty time periods are listed above. This warranty is subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations described below. This warranty applies only to the original owner only and is non-transferable.

MCFC does not extend this warranty to:

(1.) damages resulting from assembly, operation or maintenance of the Product not in accordance with the Installation/Assembly Instructions or the products intended use.

(2.) installation or use which does not comply with local building codes and ordinances;

(3.) Music City Fire Company – Warranty August 2018 shipping, improper handling, improper installation or operation of product and/or misuse, accident

(4.) use of components not supplied with the Product or any other components not authorized and approved in writing by MCFC; and/or

(5.) Changes or modification of the Product not expressly authorized and approved in writing by MCFC.

Any of the circumstances described in the previous sentence voids this warranty. This warranty is void if the Product or any component has been removed, repaired, or replaced before MCFC has been afforded a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Product MCFC reserves the rights to repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Music City Fire Concrete or GFRC Fire Tables – MCFC offers a prorated 5-year structural limited warranty when properly maintained. It is normal for limited surface cracking as the product expands and contracts due to temperature and different weather conditions. Can develop a patina if left outdoors. This would be consistent with other GFRC or Concrete products.

Railyard Fire Tables – MCFC offers a prorated 5-year structural limited warranty when properly maintained. MCFC uses reclaimed materials salvaged from historic railroad lines. The individual wear and characteristic features inherent in the service-worn materials provide each piece with its own personality. Measurements, finishes and degree of distress are naturally occurring and are subject to variability. Refer to descriptions and/or photographs for information on the most unique features of each piece.

Powder Coated Fire Table Finishes - MCFC offers a 3-year limited warranty for frames against blistering, peeling, or fading of the frame finish under normal use and proper maintenance. From time-time there might be an occasional rust bleeding from clefts in the metal. Surface rust would be considered normal wear and tear. Extra care and maintenance is required in coastal areas.

Marble / Granite or other quarried Tops - MCFC offers a prorated 3-year limited warranty on our tops. MCFC retains the option to repair or replace any tabletop found to be defective during this warranty period. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the care instructions. In the event the top has been discontinued MCFC will replace the product with a similar item.

Glass Tops - MCFC offers a prorated 3-year limited warranty glass tops. MCFC retains the option to repair or replace any tabletop found to be defective during this warranty period. Any scratches or surface imperfections must be reported with the first 10 days of ownership. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the care instructions. In the event the glass top has been discontinued MCFC will replace the product with a similar item.

Fire Table Component Parts - MCFC offers a prorated 3-year limited warranty on all burner components, control panel, LED lights and speakers under normal use and proper maintenance. Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the owner’s manual.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty • Commercial applications. MCFC is currently designed for a Residential Application. This limited warranty does not apply to any damage caused by shipping, accidents, fading, staining, natural weathering, misuse, alterations or repairs. No other person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of MCFC. • Normal fading of frame finish. • Accidental damage (including fire, wind or other acts of God). • Permanent stains caused by lotions, oils or other substances. • Hard-water deposits or calcium build-up due to minerals found in regional water supplies. • Any failure caused by unreasonable use or abuse. • Rusting and/or oxidation of frames resulting from exposed metals that have been scratched, chipped or not maintained as outlined in the care and maintenance instructions; • Table/hearth tops or bases installed and/or Music City Fire Company – Warranty August 2018 used with other manufacturer’s table bases, table, or hearth top, or incorrect installation of the base to the table top. • Rust seepage or bleeding from crevices or hidden • Items that are repaired, refinished or otherwise modified by any person or entity other than MCFC.

Please Note: Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the care instructions. Return furniture must be original packaging and packaged to avoid damage during shipping for freight pick up. Products must have been used only for residential use as defined in the original purchase order. Except as expressly provided herein, MCFC makes no warranties, whether express or implied including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
