Received both of my Primo Sear grates within days, but both were cracked/broken!! I reached out, sent photos and the packing slip and got an immediate response ( within an hour of the email) that they had assigned a damaged goods ID # and they would respond soon. Next day I heard it was being reviewed. I heard nothing else but in another 3 days, I received 2 more grates that were in excellent condition!! This was the best turnaround on an unfortunate purchase that I have ever heard!! Fast initial delivery, quick response to complaint, and unbelievable speed in rectifying the issue!! Initially I was (very) skeptical of spending such an amount of money on a fire pit, but after going through several from the big box stores I decided to take the plunge & I am very glad I did! Better Patio had the best price out of many sites offering this version & they shipped it months ahead of the estimated availability date of October... Great surprise & this fire pit really stands out as a focus point on our deck/rock patio - simply awesome. Burns very hot & doesn’t require a lot of fiddling with the wood to keep a nice size flame - can handle larger pieces of wood that last longer before having to add more fuel. 100% satisfied & would highly recommend even to the most scrupulous buyers
