BetterPatio Outdoor Furniture Delivery Options

BetterPatio now provides several delivery options for our customers. If your item does not show shipping options, or you do not select a delivery option, Free Curbside Delivery will be selected as the default option.

Free Curbside Delivery

Free curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made. The delivery is usually performed with a single driver using a large semi truck with lift gate capabilities. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there. These items usually sit on 48 in. x 48 in. pallets. In most cases, the carrier will use a lift gate on the back of the truck to unload the items. 

Standard White Glove Delivery

The delivery is performed with a two person delivery team typically using a 20-24 foot box truck with lift gate capabilities. The product is delivered to the location of choice, one flight of stairs up or down is permitted. The product is removed from the pallet(s) and set in place. The delivery team will remove the pallets and packing debris. No assembly provided.
