The frame is made from high quality extruded aluminum with reinforced internal walls for extra support. Each frame is hand-welded and then inspected for both strength and appearance. The Frames are then hand-sanded and polished prior to finishing.
Viro Wicker is a superior quality, polyethylene-based fiber characterized by high flexibility and tensile strength. Viro is Environmentally-friendly; it's 100% HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and does not contain PVC. It's extremely durable, as evidenced by its UV and weather-resistance. And its so comfortable that you definitely wont need a cushion!
The limited warranty covers weld failure for a period of (7) years. The aluminum frame is warranted for a period of (3) years. Viro & Rehau commercial quality woven synthetic wicker is warranted against separation and tearing for (3) years from purchase date. Fading and/or discoloration elements, tanning oils, drink spills, liquid , chemicals, water damage or any other cause are not covered.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
