It's a good product, as expected, but the service was even better. I had asked about the possibility of getting the towel valet delivered in a little over a week so I would have it before our houseguests arrived. Someone from Betterpatio called me to tell me that it was possible. The boxes arrived precisely on the day they were scheduled and early enough that I wasn't scrambling to get the thing in place before our company arrived. It was easy to put together and looks great. If you roll the beach towels, it will fit 12 in the space available.

Good looking, but wish it

Good looking, but wish it held more towels! Accidentally Left a Couple wet towels in the bottom for 2 days and no mildew!

Nice product on;y one issue

Nice product on;y one issue have to take the entire top off to remove the dirty towels.
