Much like Italy's Mount Vesuvius this fire pit is statuesque and created to burn. Vesuvius channels smoke and fire up the flue to the sky above. Our trilateral design protects the fire from wind and lessens the spread of sparks and embers. Heavy metal construction soaks up and radiates the heat from the fire. Created using 1/4" mild carbon steel, Vesuvius is maintenance free and designed for smaller spaces.

Hide TextDo not tarp your fire pit, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures. Allow the piece to mature with each fire. Sit back, relax and enjoy your new Fire Pit Art®.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
