Important: Memphis Built-in Grill Requirements for Installation
Please make sure you provide a dedicated electrical circuit for the Memphis Wood Fire Built-in Grill and controller system, installed by a Certified Electrician. Although our grill only takes four amps during start-up, any other equipment (refrigerator, pool pump, fountain, etc.) that takes power consistently or intermittently from the same electrical source can cause potential issues and/or interruptions with the performance of the Built-in Memphis Grill.

CONTROL AND MONITOR VIA WI-FI
The Memphis Mobile App allows you to monitor and adjust your grill and food temps when you’re away from your grill. Easily check your food from home, work, or your car (the passenger seat, of course). Plus, built-in automated recipes know exactly at what temp and how long to cook your favorite cuts of meat.

One 20 lb. bag of Memphis Wood Fire pellets lasts approximately as long as a tank of propane and costs the same At 350 degrees, the Memphis burns approximately 1.5 lbs. of pellets per hour or ¾ lb. per half hour.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
