Made utilizing a 16-gauge galvanized steel frame and reinforced by Hardbacker tile backer board, sturdy one-piece construction, and extended front mantle, it also comes with a battery powered electronic-ignition On/Off switch, ETL approval and has a liquid propane/natural gas option. Many memories can be made relaxing outdoors with that special someon.

Understanding Your Delivery Options
This fireplace is considered to be oversized for traditional residential deliveries and may require additional delivery support. BetterPatio has built a national network of reliable, professional last mile service providers who assist in the unloading, delivery and set up of your outdoor fireplace.
Please note that Curbside Delivery is the only delivery option available with other retailers. If you do not have a way to lift heavy objects from your driveway, please consider BetterPatio's No Sweat Delivery option for a stress-free experience.
What is BetterPatio's Free Curbside Delivery?
Free curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made. The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. It will be your responsibility to move it from there. This option is ideal for those who have support or equipment to assist in moving your items to your preferred destination. While it's entirely possible to move freight shipments without additional assistance, we recommend our additional delivery services for a seamless experience.
What is No Sweat Delivery?
No Sweat Delivery is BetterPatio's version of White Glove Delivery. BetterPatio has built a national network of last mile freight providers to assist in coordinating delivery and placement of your island from the freight terminal to your preferred destination (I.e. back yard, pool area, patio). This includes the following:
No Sweat Delivery pricing is determined based on weight, accessibility to your preferred area and number of pieces needing to be moved. Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
