Simple elegance describes the FRP908-3. Made with a 16-gauge galvanized steel frame and reinforced by Hardiebacker tile backer board, the sturdy one-piece construction includes a wrap around mantle, battery powered electronic-ignition On/Off switch, extended chimney, 36” firebox with 8 logs, lava rocks to accent the base of the firebox, 18” grate, 55,000 BTU’s stainless steel burner, ETL approval and has a liquid propane/natural gas option. The ambience and elegance of this fireplace will add to the attractiveness of any backyard.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
