About Cal Flame P4 Four Burner Grill

Award winning for its innovation, the P4 Grill's every feature is designed for optimal performance. 

Enjoy a vast cooking surface of 800 square inches that gives you ample amount of space for meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. The 4 solid stainless steel cooking grates are exclusively V-shaped to prevent smaller food items from falling through. The cast stainless steel burner knobs are part of a truly impressive ignition system. Each igniter is completely sealed, protected from sauces and oil, and each burner ignites independently of the other burners.

Situated above each burner you'll find a Flame Tamer. The Flame Tamers protect the solid cast stainless steel burners and reduce grilling flare-up, as well as being the source of even-heat distribution. Every grill chef knows how important that is. Lip guards on each burner serve to prevent clogging from the fats and juices that naturally drip from your grilling. 

When all high-powered burners are operating, the P4 Grill delivers 60,000 BTUs evenly across your grilling area. If that’s not enough heat, then there is an option to switch-out any burner with a Sear Zone Burner accessory to achieve superior grilling alternatives.
