Fire Magic’s qualified technical service representatives are available 10 hours a day 5 days a week to assist with questions, installation and service.
Fire Magic Diamond Sear cast stainless steel burners (Choice Stainless Steel Burners = 20 years), stainless steel rod cooking grids and stainless steel housing are under warranty for as long as you own your grill.
Fifteen Year Warranty
Fire Magic brass burners, brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.
Ten Year Warranty
Fire Magic electric grills, electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and electric grill stainless steel housing are under warranty for ten (10) years.
Five Year Warranty
Flavor grids, infrared burners, charcoal stainless steel grills (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, wood pellet screen, thermometer and ash tray which are under warranty for one year) are under warranty for five (5) years.
Three Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners and all other Fire Magic components (except ignition systems and electrical parts) are under warranty for three (3) years.
One Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems (excluding batteries), electrical components (including lights and thermometer) and grill accessories are under warranty for one (1) year.

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS, USPS and FedEx, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight. Shipping options will vary depending on the size of your item.
Large Parcel Delivery
The standard freight shipping delivery method is typically called curbside delivery. Curbside delivery is the method used on all our freight shipments unless other arrangements are made.
The delivery company should give you a call a day or two ahead of time to schedule and confirm the delivery timeframe. Your delivery will be made with a full-size Semi-Truck ranging from 20 to 53 feet in length. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the size of the truck used to deliver your island.
In most cases, the driver will usually need a lift gate and hand truck / pallet jack to remove the Island from the truck. Please note: The driver is only obligated to deliver curbside at the end of your driveway. In some cases, drivers will deliver up your driveway when possible, but it is up to them to decide. They may help, but are not obligated to assist once the freight is off the truck.
If the item is too large to use the lift gate, you will be responsible for getting the item off the back of the truck, or picking up the item from the nearest freight terminal. In these instances, Better Patio does offer Preferred Delivery as an additional service to assist in oversized freight unloading.
