• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
• Pricing must be based on publicly advertised price.
• Coupon codes, credit card promotions, membership sites and "add to cart" coupon discounts are not eligible.
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website.
• The competitor must be an online store. They may not have a retail location.
• The website can not be a discounter, liquidator or auction website (ie; eBay, Overstock, etc..)
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price, shipping charges and any sales taxes.
• We no longer price match Cal Flame Fireplaces and BBQ Islands. BetterPatio takes additional precautions with packing and delivering your Cal Flame custom order that help project your order during transit. These are additional costs that BetterPatio absorbs. Our competitors do not utilize these packing methods, potentially increasing the likelihood of damage to your order.
