The Bermuda model Outdoor Kitchen from KoKoMo features top-of-the-line components that are designed to elevate your outdoor entertaining experience. With plenty of bar space for guests and room for chefs and bartenders, this customizable space can be tailored to your specific needs.
KoKoMo Outdoor Kitchen Products are built to be lightweight for easy shipping across the country. This all-in-one solution includes a 4 burner professional BBQ, double professional side burner, two drawers and door combo, double access doors, outdoor firepit, keg cooler with KoKoMo tap handles, oversized TV, spice rack, and pergola.
With seating for up to 8 guests, this model also includes a 65" outdoor TV, bar sink, professional refrigerator, and ample cooking space for two cooks.
The pergola covers the island, measuring 17'x20'.

FRAMING - 20 GAUGE STEEL FRAMED ON 1' CENTERS
The most important aspect of framing is a thorough knowledge of structural design and engineering. Large spans are becoming more prevalent in our industry, our competitors build BBQ Islands on two-foot centers. Kokomo Grills builds on a maximum requirement of one-foot centers using 20-gauge steel.
Island Wall Construction - CONCRETE BOARD
The wall’s are constructed with a Hardie Backer cement board. This material is strong and also impermeable to water. Hardie Backer is mold proof, fire proof, and water proof.
SYNTHETIC STUCCO - FLEXIBLE ACRYLIC
After application of the Hardie Backer, the island is then taped with fiber mesh. Coats of Dryvit brand flexes with our climate of hot and cold, essentially guaranteeing that your island will not crack or peel. While this quality may go unnoticed on a showroom floor, it is something that will keep your island looking great years after your purchase.
COUNTERTOPS - FLEXIBLE ACRYLIC THINSET
All countertops are floated; this ensures the counter to be level preventing cracks in the tile. KoKoMo only uses the best porcelain tiles and natural stones including a variety of travertine, marble, and granite.
TREX FLOOR - COMPOSITE DECKING
KoKoMo islands are supported along the base of framing and raised slightly off the ground, supported by a waterproof Trex composite decking that carries a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty. This unique system design offers several benefits.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
