We could have stopped with the thrilling 12’ Twist N’ Ride tube slide, or the rugged multi-colored rock-climbing wall leading to the gable-roofed upper clubhouse with rounded arch windows. The two classic belt swings would’ve been plenty of fun, even without the premium glider that seats one or two. And we could have left out the play clock with moveable hands or the chalkboard tarp. But that’s just not us. In fact, we even added a few nice things for grownups—like 100% premium cedar lumber and sturdy, pre-assembled panels that make assembly easier. Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.
Moving it from there is on you. Local movers typically charge $400 to $600 for the last stretch. Piano movers and handyman services both do this work regularly.
Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
