The Gourmet Q Island Kitchen ‘s large bar area is perfect for a luxurious outdoor BBQ experience and ideal for entertaining. With its spacious seating you can upgrade your patio or backyard from the average outdoor furniture and cook your best grilling recipes in style. Features stainless steel gas grill, sink and refrigerator.
The construction of this grilling island features galvanized steel countertop finished with your choice of porcelain tile or upgraded granite. Porcelain tile is fired hotter and therefore is a denser material and insures that no moisture gets into the tile and can be left out in most conditions year round and maintains it color and structural integrity.
The base features a solid finished base bottom with trex base protection strips with galvanized tracking and galvanized steel sheet metal on the interior and outdoor rated non-flammable cement board finished with stucco or upgraded rock. The galvanized metal is rust-resistant, easy to cut, mold or install if you modify the island. The island will be delivered with the base and countertop together, but the counter can be removed in one piece for easier installation.

Bull Outdoor Products, Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser of the Bull Outdoor Gas Grill & Bull Component(s), that when subject to normal residential use it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills & component(s) used in rental or commercial applications. It does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, neglect of maintenance, or discoloration, which may occur due to moisture or overheating. It does not cover labor or labor related charges. There will be a shipping and handling charge for the delivery of the warranty part(s). The warranty is only valid at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase of item(s). All components have a one year warranty unless otherwise stated.
All Grills and Grill Parts have a 1 year to lifetime warranty depending on the part.

Curbside freight with a liftgate. The truck unloads at the end of your driveway. The driver is not able to bring it round the back or inside.

Measure before you order. Check your gate width and side access against the line drawings. It is far cheaper to find a problem now than on delivery day.
Inspect before you sign. Count the pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Photograph anything questionable, refuse delivery if there is visible damage, and send us photos within 48 hours.
All orders ship with damage insurance. If something arrives damaged we file the freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange the replacement, so you are not chasing it.
